Inventory Specialist - Maintenance / SAP

We are seeking a hands-on Inventory Specialist to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment by managing maintenance spare parts and consumable inventory. This role plays a key part in ensuring operations run smoothly by maintaining accurate inventory levels, organization, and system tracking using SAP/CMMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain spare parts and maintenance inventory
• Perform cycle counts, tracking, and inventory reporting
• Utilize SAP/CMMS systems for inventory control and invoicing
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas (5S standards)
• Coordinate with vendors and support vendor-managed inventory

Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, * 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or maintenance environments

• Strong experience with inventory control and spare parts (MRO)
• SAP or CMMS experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
