Job description

Dokumentation von Tickets (B/F, IMAC, H+E)
Bewältigung von Problemen der Kunden vor Ort
Arbeiten in den Bereichen Windows Client, Netzwerken und Peripheriegeräten
Erstellung von Lösungskonzepten und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitern
Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung und Leitung eines mehrköpfigen IT-Teams

Requirements

Gute Kenntnise mit dem aktuellen Windows Betriebssystemen
Erfahrung im Bereich Hardware (PC, Notebooks, mobile Endgeräte)
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
Gute Kenntnisse im Netzwerkumfeld
Führungsverantwortung
