Job description

  • Die Betreuung der Kundenanwender Ăźber Tickets in deutscher sowie englischer Sprache
  • Der 1st und 2nd Level IT-Support fĂźr unseren Kunden
  • Die Analyse und Problembehebung per remote oder direkt im internen IT-Link Center
  • Die Koordination von 3rd Level Anfragen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachgruppen

Requirements

  • Du hast IT-Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows, MacOS und Office 365
  • Du hast sehr gut Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du bringst Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit Ticketsystemen
  • Du hast Erfahrung im 1st und 2nd Level Support
  • Du hast Kenntnisse im Bereich iOS-Devices und Android Mobility LĂśsungen
