Job description

  • Unterstützung vor Ort und aus der Ferne für Windows-Geräte
  • Abbau, Transport und Einrichtung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen am Standort
  • Analyse und Bearbeitung von IT-Problemen und Anfragen sowohl remote als auch vor Ort
  • Schulung der Benutzer im Umgang mit Software und Hardware
  • Entgegennahme, Bearbeitung und Protokollierung von Störungsmeldungen über ein Ticketsystem
  • Ausführliche Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten

Requirements

  • Kenntnisse im Windows-Betriebssystem (Standard bis hin zu Expertenniveau)
  • Expertenkenntnisse im vor-Ort- und Fernsupport
  • Umgang mit Ticketsystemen, Ticketbearbeitung und -dokumentation unter beachtung von SLA´s
  • Einrichtung und Personalisierung von Clients sowie manuelle Softwareinstallation
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in den aktuellen Versionen von MS Windows und Office
  • Ausgeprägtes Wissen im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerktechnologie
