Job description

  • 1st und 2nd Level Support
  • Priorisierung, Klassifizierung, Dokumentation sowie Behebung von Störungen im Ticketsystem
  • Onsite Support im MS Windows Clients Umfeld
  • Netzwerk -und Serversupport per Telefon und vor Ort
  • Durchführung von IMAC Service-Dienstleistungen

Requirements

  • Kenntnisse im Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Teams und sonstigen Windows Betriebssystemen
  • Berufserfahrung im Onsite Support
  • Kenntnisse im Netzwerkbereich und Patchmanagement
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen und Dispatching
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
