Job description

  • UnterstĂźtzung bei UmzĂźgen (IT Komponenten Ab- und Aufbau)
  • PersĂśnliche Anwenderbetreuung im Service Point
  • Detaillierte technische Dokumentation aller Arbeitsvorgänge
  • Kontinuierliche Kontrolle und Aktualisierung der Dokumentationen
  • Software- und Betriebssysteminstallationen / EntstĂśrung Remote, Onsite und Service Point
  • Reparaturen/-abwicklung an Desktops, Notebooks, Tablets, Smartphones und mobilen Handscannern
  • Installation und Erstkonfiguration von Desktops, Notebooks, Tablets und mobilen Handscannern nach Vorgabe

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung eines IT nahen Berufes (oder mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung)
  • Erfahrungen im 1st/2nd Level Support (Remote und Onsite)
  • Erfahrung in der EntstĂśrung von Hard- und Software (Remote und Onsite)
  • Know-how im Support von Microsoft Client Applikationen (Windows und Office)
  • Erfahrungen mit einem Ticketsystem
  • Kenntnisse im Mobilfunk Support (MDM)
  • Erfahrung im Erstellen von technischen Dokumentationen
  • Erfahrungen im IT Umfeld nach ITIL
