Job description

  • Remote-Support für die Kundenlokation im Bereich Windows Client
  • Software- und Betriebssysteminstallationen
  • Detaillierte technische Dokumentation aller Arbeitsvorgänge
  • Single Point of Contact
  • Erfassung, Klassifizierung und Routing von Tickets zu eingegangenen Störungsmeldungen via Telefon und Mail
  • Entstörung unter der Verwendung von Remoteunterstützung mit diversen Tools im Rahmen einer Erstlösung im Service Desk

Requirements

  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse in der technischen Erfahrung idealerweise im 1st Level Support / 2nd Level Support
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse der aktuellen Windows Betriebssysteme und Office Produkte
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Bereich von Client Hardware
  • Du hast eine IT-Ausbildung oder mind. 1-jährige Berufserfahrung
  • Du hast Kenntnisse in der Betreuung von Endanwendern
  • Du sprichst sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Du hast Erfahrungen im IT-Umfeld nach ITIL
