Requirements

18+ years of overall professional experience.
8+ years of hands-on experience as a Solution Architect, with the ability to understand business problems, define solutions, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
15+ years of hands-on Java development experience (mandatory).
Strong hands-on experience with design patterns and architectural patterns.
Preferred experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI) technologies., * Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience required; advanced degree preferred.
15+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture and business application development.
Extensive experience designing and implementing solution architecture patterns, including:
Micro-frontends
Microservices architectures
12-factor applications

Strong software development background with proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise applications.

10+ years of relevant task management and technical leadership experience.

Hands-on and architectural expertise with modern cloud-native architectures, including a proven track record of leading organizational transformations.

5+ years of experience in large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives with a focus on architecture strategy and execution preferred.
