Digital Product Owner - Absence, Time & Attendance

Experteer Overview In this role you drive end-to-end digital product ownership for Time u**amp; Attendance, shaping reliable, compliant platforms across Sanofi’s global footprint.You will lead the lifecycle of Time uamp; Attendance solutions within the Digital Delivery uamp; Operations unit, collaborating with HR, Legal, Payroll and IT to deliver value at scale.The role combines HR operations and digital tech to support multi-country compliance and accurate time tracking, contributing to a strong employee experience.You will influence governance forums and partner with vendors to enable continuous improvement and regulatory readiness.Compensaciones / Beneficios- Own product decisions for Time u** Attendance applications, including budgeting and portfolio management- Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management across multiple countries- Manage stakeholder relationships as primary liaison between HR, Legal, Payroll and Digital teams- Oversee vendor partnerships with third-party time and attendance providers, including SLAs and contract negotiations- Ensure compliance with local working time laws, labor regulations, and data privacy (GDPR) across supported countries- Lead change management for system upgrades and regulatory changes, including release notes and adoption monitoring- Drive operational excellence via incident management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement across HR platformsResponsabilidades- Experience in HR technology, time and attendance systems, or digital product management in multinational environments- Hands-on Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management configuration skills with Workday certifications (essential)- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM integrations and time-to-payroll data flows- Stakeholder management across HR, Legal, Finance, IT; experience managing vendors and SLAs- Compliance knowledge of multi-country working time constraints, directives, collective agreements, and data privacy frameworks- Product management experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and end-to-end lifecycle oversight- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; Workday certifications required- English proficiency for global collaborationRequisitos principales- hybrid working environment- global learning ecosystem- career development opportunities- cross-functional exposure- senior leadership engagement- employee benefit programs
