Maintenance Administrator

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Administrator to assist with the day to day running of the department. Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following;

• Scheduling of PPM tasks with clients as per the PPM planner ensuring all client KPIs are met.
• Raising of booked jobs on our CAFM system to deploy to engineers
• Assigning relevant RAMS to jobs for engineers
• Completing FGas Compliance Logs for attended sites
• Proof reading job reports for errors before sending to clients and the service dept. if remedials are required.
• Sign off completed jobs on relevant spreadsheets to ensure up to date records are maintained.
• Invoicing of all jobs ensuring correct POs are used where applicable.
• Raising of POs for engineers to buy tools and materials when required.
• Quoting new contracts from domestic and small commercial sales leads from the sales department
• Professionally answer incoming telephone calls and divert accordingly
• Ensuring that all operatives time is fully utilized and travelling kept to a minimum
• Liaising with sub-contractors to arrange works and obtain updates.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and maintenance personnel

• High quality interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbally
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
• Positive in their approach to work with a can-do attitude
• Excellent attention to detail and able to work quickly and accurately
• IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Able to work efficiently on your own and as part of a team

· Flexible and adaptable to change.

· Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and mange time effectively to ensure that maintenance works are completed on time

· Customer service experience is essential

· Experience scheduling maintenance jobs is desirable but not essential

This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week to be worked 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You will have 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, this is per full year.

Salary: £27,500 to £30,000 (depending on experience)

Pay: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
