Overview is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Technical Support Advisor to join their teams in A Coruña.Maximice sus posibilidades de que su candidatura sea seleccionada asegurándose de que su CV y sus habilidades se ajustan al perfil.About the jobTechnical Support Advisor (Italian, Polish, Spanish, or Portuguese)ResponsibilitiesCommunicate effectively with customers, providing clear and professional support.Handle a wide range of customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud-based technologies and productivity tools.Apply logical and critical thinking to analyze problems and identify effective solutions.Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues when needed.RequirementsNative or fluent-level proficiency in English (C1), plus working knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Italian, Polish, Spanish, or Portuguese (C1).Education or hands-on experience in IT, particularly in areas such as cloud technologies, productivity software (e.g., Office suite, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server), or Windows operating systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and empathetically.Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in technical or customer service environments.OfferPosition: Technical Support AdvisorLocation: On-site in Galicia, or Remote from mainland SpainEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary + bonuses.Full-time (39 hours) contract, Monday to FridayDynamic and multicultural work environment.Strong focus on work-life balance.Comprehensive training on the product, advanced technologies, and in-demand skills in the market.xqbhyrx Office-based position in A Coruña location, or the option to work remotely from anywhere in Spain.Guidance and tools to reach career potential#J-*****-Ljbffr
