Maintenance Administrator

Our client is looking for a Maintenance Administrator to join their well established and growing company. Experts in the field of air conditioning and cooling, first starting in 1992 and ran as a private company with a strong family run ethos.

Main responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

Receiving and co-ordinating customer enquiries via telephone and e-mail correspondence

Scheduling engineers and managing site call outs - diary planning and updates

Recording all enquiries, jobs, and quotations within spreadsheet format

Processing engineer report sheets

Invoicing works on completion

Compiling parts quotations following recommendations from engineers

Maintain F-Gas refrigerant registers (full training will be given)

Accurately maintaining and updating Excel/google spread sheets

Raising purchase orders and ordering parts via Sage

Taking deliveries and organising parts

Renewing customer maintenance contracts

Perform other reasonable duties as required

Efficient computer skills

Competent in using all Microsoft Office applications; especially Outlook and Microsoft Excel

Confident and helpful telephone manner

Excellent verbal and written English

Able to prioritise workload

Excellent at multi-tasking

Comfortable working within a small office team of approximately 5 persons

Able to work independently, keeping on top of individual workload

Covering all sectors of the economy not limited to Data Centres, University’s Hospital’s, MOD, Industrial Process Manufacturing, Multi-Tenant Landlord Owned Buildings, Small Private Businesses, Schools & Retail. Employing 75+ persons of which 45+ are technical mobile service engineers across 4 strategic regional locations - Bristol, Reading, Wales and Midlands.
