Job description

  • Unterstützungsaufgaben im vor-Ort-Support im Produktionsumfeld der Kundenlokation im Bereich Windows Clients
  • Durchführen von IT-Supportarbeiten anhand der übermittelten Tickets sowie der individuellen Projektaufträge
  • Sicherstellen der Imageerstellung von Mess- & Steuerrechner über Acronis Backup Agent
  • Software- und Betriebssysteminstallationen
  • Entgegennahme von Störungsmeldungen per Telefon und E-Mail

Requirements

  • Du besitzt detaillierte Kenntnisse in aktuellen Windows Betriebssystemen
  • Du hast fundiertes Wissen in der technischen Erfahrung idealerweise im Vor-Ort-Service / Usersupport / 2nd Level Support
  • Du bist vertraut mit lokalen Applikationen & Client-Peripherie
  • Du konntest bereits Erfahrung sammeln im Bereich Hard- und Software Rollout
