Job description

  • Durchführung von IT Supportarbeiten anhand der übermittelten Tickets
  • Störungsannahme per Telefon und E-Mail zu Soft- und Hardwareproblemen im 2nd Level
  • Supportaufgaben im Onsite Support an der Kundenlokation im Bereich Windows Client, Netzwerk & Telekommunikation
  • Priorisierung, Klassifizierung und Dokumentation der Störungen in einem Ticketsystem

Requirements

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene IT-Berufsausbildung z.B. zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (w/m/d) oder hast Erfahrung im Anwender-Support
  • Du bringst Erfahrung mit Windows Betriebssystemen und aktuellen Standard-Applikationen (Office Produkte, Adobe, usw.) mit
  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im direkten Support der Endanwender
  • Kenntnisse in Active Directory, SCCM, IP Telefonie und Netzwerkumfeld sind Grundvoraussetzung
  • Du besitzt ein Führerschein der Klasse B/BE
