Job description

Provide first-line helpdesk and desktop support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Perform desktop lifecycle activities, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and manage user administration activities.

Requirements

If you’re passionate about IT support, enjoy solving technical challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced enterprise environment, this role may be a good fit., * Minimum 2+ years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, or Field Services.

Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools, desktop/laptop deployment and imaging, hardware troubleshooting and replacement, mobile device support (iOS & Android), basic networking and server support, meeting room technologies and AV equipment.
