Solution Architect

Working across a modern Adobe MarTech stack, you’ll build audience solutions, manage customer profiles and identities, create schemas and datasets, support data ingestion, and ensure audiences are activated effectively across digital channels. This is not a marketing strategy role-it’s ideal for someone with a background in AEP, MarTech, Solution Architecture or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage audiences within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP/rtCDP).
• Create and maintain XDM schemas, datasets, customer profiles and identity graphs.
• Manage data ingestion pipelines (Edge, Streaming and Batch).
• Support Adobe Launch, SDK event capture and MarTech integrations.
• Work closely with Product, Data, Engineering and Platform teams to deliver scalable audience solutions.
• Ensure data governance, GDPR compliance and platform best practices.

We’re looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Audience Manager to join a growing Audience & Activation team. This is a hands-on technical role focused on building, managing and optimising audiences within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP (rtCDP)., * Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP (rtCDP).

• Experience building audiences, XDM schemas and managing large customer datasets.
• Strong understanding of identity graphs, customer profiles and data ingestion.
• Experience working across the Adobe MarTech stack and technical integrations.
• Background in Solution Architecture, MarTech Engineering or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
• Experience working within large enterprise or complex matrix organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
