Job description

We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Designer who is equal parts visual thinker and hands-on executor. You’ll work directly with our Creative Marketing team - contributing to product launches, sales tools, catalog layouts, and photo production. This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure across design disciplines in an environment where their work gets used every day.

You’ll also spend meaningful time in our on-site photo studio - assisting with production, editing images, and helping maintain our digital library. If you like variety and want to grow your skills quickly, this role delivers that.

This role sits within a collaborative Creative team that works closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative Art, and Product Development. Strong performers will have visibility into broader creative strategy and the opportunity to grow their scope as the team expands.

This position reports to the Apparel Marketing Art Manager / Photographer., 1. Creative and Marketing Design:

  • Design and maintain Product Style Guides using Adobe InDesign
  • Build sales tools that help reps and customers understand our products
  • Support hot market launches and time-sensitive special projects
  • Collaborating with Product Development on hangtags, neck labels, and embellishments
  • Design in-store signage for customer retail spaces
  • Customize images for customer websites and social media
  1. Photo Studio Support: * Edit and retouch images in Adobe Photoshop * Maintain and record digital fabric color standards * Update and organize our photo asset library * Prep clothing for shoots (steaming, styling) * Assist the photographer with backdrop, lighting, and computer setup

Other:

  • Work on special projects as needed.

  • Be an ambassador for the company, both internally and externally to help build confidence, pride and value in the company.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by (functional area senior management team member).

Requirements

Do you have experience in Project timeline management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Outstanding time management, good judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines with a positive can-do attitude.

  • Strong understanding of products offered by L2 Brands.
  • Commitment to company vision/values/brand., * Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field - or equivalent portfolio/experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in: Graphic Design, Photo Editing, Layout Design, Project Management
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop required; Illustrator a plus)
  • Hands-on experience or working knowledge of AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, generative fill, AI image editing workflows)
  • Familiarity with managing your own project timelines and priorities

Benefits & conditions

This is a full-time hourly position, and work hours are 8:30-5:00 PM. Longer hours, evenings and weekend work will be necessary as needed. No travel required.
