TTG-317 - Software Developer (Systems Software) - $331,850 Total

TTG Solutions is seeking a skilled developer to join our team in creating component-based services that seamlessly integrate with diverse applications and frameworks. This role involves enhancing mission-based solutions and supporting various software projects through innovative service and application development. In this role, you will support the development of component-based services and applications, working collaboratively to integrate these with multiple applications and frameworks. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing development support to enhance mission-specific solutions. You will also participate in the enhancement and development of various program office software projects, focusing on quality and innovation. Normally requires at least sixteen (16) years of experience specific to the skill or occupation. For specific computer languages, systems or technologies, expertise with the subject matter or technology outweighs the number of years of experience.

Requirements: 16 yrs+

• Demonstrated experience developing Python applications with data science libraries
• Demonstrated experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, SpaCy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
• Demonstrated experience with Natural Language Processing techniques
• Demonstrated experience with AWS Services and cloud-based development
• Demonstrated experience working with REST services
• Demonstrated experience working with SQL, including Postgres
• Demonstrated experience with search syntax, including ICQL and Retrieval Ware
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer requirements and create innovative solutions

• Proven problem-solving skills for debugging and testing web applications

• Experience in the practical application of engineering science and technology
• Familiarity with design techniques and principles for producing technical plans and models
• Experience in project management processes and tools
• Proficiency in project planning and management, including scope of work, time estimation, and resource assignment
• Experience in technology design and adapting equipment and technology for user needs
• Troubleshooting skills for determining and addressing operating errors
• Systems analysis skills for evaluating system functionality and impact of changes
• Operations analysis skills for analyzing needs and product requirements
• Ability to identify technology gaps in current capabilities
• Experience in developing project plans and workflows
• Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical and non-technical issues across security boundaries
• Skill in conveying technical information to non-technical individuals
• Experience in designing and developing tools that integrate with mission applications
• Skill in creating RESTful APIs or microservices using Flask, FastAPI, or Django
• Experience in operations and maintenance of systems including cloud activities
• Familiarity with optimizing algorithms and implementing monitoring tools like Prometheus or MLflow
• Ability to analyze user needs and determine feasibility within time and cost restraints
• Experience in software system testing, validation, and documentation
• Proficiency in writing, updating, and maintaining applications or software packages
