ERP/CRM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Mequon, Wisconsin. This Contract to permanent position offers a unique opportunity to oversee the implementation of Workday across multiple departments, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration. If you have a strong background in project management and Workday experience, we invite you to help lead this transformative initiative., * Act as the primary Project Manager for the Workday implementation, overseeing all phases of the project.

• Coordinate efforts across HR, IT, Finance, and the Registrar’s Office to ensure alignment and progress.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and dependencies to meet established goals.
• Collaborate with external Workday implementation partners and internal teams for a successful rollout.
• Provide functional oversight while supporting technical teams in their detailed work.
• Ensure all project management activities are executed effectively using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Track and report on project progress, addressing risks or challenges proactively.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration by facilitating communication and coordination among departments.
• Maintain a structured approach to managing long-term, complex implementation projects.
• Uphold high standards of organization and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience with Workday, including modules such as Student, HR, and Finance.

• Proven track record as a Workday Project Manager or active participation in Workday implementation teams.
• Strong project management skills, including expertise in managing large-scale implementations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments, including HR, IT, Finance, and the Registrar’s Office.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth project execution.
• Familiarity with project management tools to monitor work and progress.
• Knowledge of client-side scripting, API development, and configuration management is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce development and Workday integrations is highly desirable.
