Network Engineer (Linux / VoIP / SIP)

We’re partnering with a highly respected organization seeking a Linux-focused Network Engineer who thrives in real production environments - not a ticket queue. This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you’ll own issues end-to-end and work directly with engineering teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot complex issues across Linux-based platforms
• Analyze packet captures (Wireshark), logs, and SIP signaling
• Support VoIP systems and resolve real-time production issues
• Apply patches, upgrades, and system updates
• Collaborate with engineering teams and contribute to MOPs

Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Sponsorship is not available.

Do you have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Linux environments (Red Hat or similar)? Strong background in VoIP and deep knowledge of SIP? Comfortable analyzing Wireshark traces in live production?, * 5+ years of Linux experience (Red Hat preferred)

• Strong VoIP + SIP expertise
• Solid networking fundamentals
• Experience troubleshooting in live production environments
• Confidence working in CLI and analyzing logs/traces

Nice to Have:

• Scripting (Bash, Python)
• VMware, Cisco IOS, or Diameter exposure
