Travel - LPCC/LCSW/LFMT- Adult PHP/IOP

o Day Shift 8:30-5pm- 1RN, 6 Outpatient Therapists (LMFT or LCSW license) Patient Ratios we run 5 groups a day, 10 patients per group Type of equipment - EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. LCSW or LMFT or LPCC BLS certified MUST BE LICENSED IN CALIFORNIA

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Knowledge of CBT and DBT skills Experience running psychotherapy groups or skills groups List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Facilitate psychotherapy and psych skills groups Document groups in Meditech Psychsocial Assessments Treatment Plan updates Treatment team participation Discharge planning Safety assessments as needed Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Business casual, no jeans Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Awards/Recognition: Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc. Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. *Remember it is a very competitive market any information you can provide will help attract talent.

Graduation date from master’s program: Must be 2 years out or they won’t’ meet the minimum required time for an independent license. Must have a MA degree, not bachelor’s level Must specify they are LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW not LSW, AMFT, or LPC Must have full license not associate
