Associate Solutions Engineer

• Support customer-facing sales cycles through discovery, tailored demos, evaluations, and solution discussions.
• Help respond to customer questionnaires, RFPs, and technical information requests.
• Build simple workflows, automations, prototypes, or solution assets using tools such as OneTrust, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI tools, or similar platforms.
• Translate customer goals into clear solution approaches with guidance from senior teammates when needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and other internal teams to deliver a strong customer experience.
• Contribute to internal team initiatives and projects beyond core demo and delivery work.

Your Experience Includes

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing, analytical, technical, or commercial role.
• Experience presenting, explaining, or demonstrating solutions, ideas, or projects to others.
• Evidence of learning new tools, systems, or technologies quickly without heavy formal training.
• Exposure to SaaS, workflows, automation, data, business systems, or technical problem-solving.
• Experience in a corporate environment through full-time work or meaningful internships.
• Preferred but not required: experience with AI tools, workflow automation, APIs, or technical integrations., * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
