Job description

  • Betriebsaufgaben bei Desktops, Notebooks, Tablets, iPhones, Multimedia und mobilen Handscannern
  • Entstörungsbearbeitung, Hardware-, Software- und Betriebssysteminstallationen
  • Durchführen von IT-Supportarbeiten anhand der übermittelten Incident-, Service-Request-, IMAC- und Break & Fix-Tickets
  • Reparaturen an Desktops, Notebooks, Tablets, Smartphones und mobilen Handscannern im Rahmen der Gerätegarantie
  • Ware annehmen, konfigurieren, terminieren, Übergabe an Logistik-Dienstleister
  • Detaillierte technische Dokumentation aller Arbeitsvorgänge
  • Kontinuierliche Kontrolle und Aktualisierung der Dokumentationen

Requirements

  • (Gute) Erfahrung im Bereich Hard- und Software Rollout
  • Hohe Motivation sich in einem neuen Umfeld zu engagieren und neues zu lernen
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Windows Client Betriebssystemen z.B. Windows 10, Office 365 und weitere kundenspezifischer Software (übliche Windows Office Anwendungen)
  • (Grunderfahrung) Kenntnisse mit Netzwerken (WAN, LAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, WLAN)
  • (Gute) Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit Ticketsystemen
  • Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse der Deutschen Sprache, mindestens Level B2
