Job description

  • Annahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation der Servicerequests/Störungen über ein Ticketsystem
  • Durchführen von IT-Support Arbeiten anhand der übermittelten Incident-, Service-Request-, IMAC- und Break & Fix- Tickets
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten (IT-Rollout)
  • Installation und Erstkonfiguration von Desktops, Notebooks, Tablets und mobilen Handscannern nach Vorgabe, Übergabe und Inbetriebnahme an IT-Arbeitsplätzen
  • Ware annehmen, konfigurieren, Terminieren, Übergabe an Logistik-Dienstleister

Requirements

  • Du konntest bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Hard- und Software Rollout sammeln
  • Du bist vertraut mit Windows Client Betriebssystemen Windows 10
  • Du besitzt fundiertes Wissen in der Betreuung von Windows Workstations / Laptops mit Software: Microsoft Office O365 und weitere kundenspezifischer Software (übliche Windows Office Anwendungen)
  • Du besitzt grundlegende Kenntnisse mit Netzwerken (WAN, LAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, WLAN)
  • Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B/BE
