Program Managers with wealth platform modernization

Do you have experience in Technology management?, Our client is seeking experienced Program Managers / Scrum Masters to support critical wealth platform modernization and enterprise transformation initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment. Responsibilities & Qualifications * Lead Agile delivery execution across multiple technology initiatives and workstreams * Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, retrospectives, and release coordination * Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, and Architecture teams on roadmap execution * Manage RAID logs, delivery risks, dependencies, and escalation activities * Support SDLC, release management, and enterprise governance processes * Deliver executive-level status reporting, KPIs, and program updates * Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, business, and technology stakeholders Requirements * 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead * Strong experience leading large-scale Agile technology delivery programs * Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and SDLC methodologies * Experience managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, and governance activities * Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools * Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills * Financial services or wealth management
