Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, { Make sure all this below is in the resume, in the job description for the last 10 years} * Must have - top communicators, don’t send people that can’t speak to multi-stakeholder groups and interact with executives * * Must have 9+ years of experience leading IT programs in complex enterprise environments (Most recent 7 years as an IT Program Manager) ( before that, IT Project manager) * * Most recent 6 years Building and deploying “order management systems” new quoting & ordering capabilities for the Solutions business - Standardizing and unifying “Opportunity-to-Order” processes across company entities. * * 6 + years experience Integrating with ERP, CRM, and downstream order management systems (OMS) * * 6 + years experience with ERP, quoting/order management, finance systems, and AP automation platforms using (Coupa) tools * * Demonstrated ability to lead programs involving process standardization and Financial and ERP system implementations * * Experience as a Program Manager Standardizing (AP) Accounts Payable processes across multiple entities * * Develop and drive program execution plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones * Should come from large tech companies, fintech companies, SAAS or ERP / Manufacturing industries. * Program Manager driving large-scale business and technology programs spanning Finance, Commercial, Operations and IT portfolios
