This individual will be responsible for providing IT helpdesk support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues, and more listed below. The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of professional IT support, experience troubleshooting PC hardware, printers, and mobile devices, and more listed below. • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues for warehouse employees
• Install and maintain desktop and laptop computers
• Configure and support mobile devices and company phones
• Set up and maintain printers, (laser, thermal, impact)-perform software installations, system updates, and routine maintenance
• Assist with data recovery and antivirus management-Support Microsoft OS and warehouse applications

Do you have experience in Technical customer support for office equipment?, * 2 years professional IT support, helpdesk, or technical support experience or equivalent completed schooling

• Experience troubleshooting PC hardware, printers, and mobile devices
• Ability to work and frequently walk in a 1.2 million sq ft warehouse environment with a variety of cold to ambient temperatures
• Knowledge of Windows OS systems and basic networking
• Familiarity with Active Directory and User Account Management preferred
