Requirements

IBM Cognos BI/Cognos Analytics experience
Strong in Cognos Report Studio, Framework Manager, Query Studio
Expertise in SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2)
Experience with Data Warehouse, data modeling, and ETL concepts
Ability to develop and optimize reports, dashboards, and metadata models
Experience with report security, scheduling, and performance tuning
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Agile/Scrum experience preferred
