Job description

  • Strong experience in IBM Cognos Analytics, including Cognos Reporting and Dashboard development.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Cognos Framework Manager, Report Studio, and Dynamic Cubes.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience in designing and developing complex reports, dashboards, and BI solutions.
  • Lead and mentor Cognos developers and provide technical guidance.
  • Experience with Cognos administration, security, scheduling, and deployment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ETL, databases, and BI architecture.
  • Experience working with Oracle, SQL Server, or other relational databases.
  • Ability to troubleshoot performance and reporting issues.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience coordinating with business, technical, and offshore teams.
