Job description

Job Description: A NOC Technician (Afternoon Shift, Thursday-Sunday) holds the responsibility of working during the 2nd shift. Their duties include attending to customer phone calls, managing customer support tickets, addressing customer concerns and finding solutions, providing timely and accurate feedback, monitoring the data center, and assisting in the resolution of facility-related issues. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in the role., * Monitor network and data center operations to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

  • Manage and resolve customer tickets promptly, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
  • Take ownership of customer issues, investigate thoroughly, and drive resolutions to completion.
  • Provide timely, clear, and accurate feedback to customers and internal teams.
  • Handling wholesale phone number porting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution.
  • Adhere to established processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Computer networking?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Must be Authorized to Work in the U.S. Without Sponsorship

  • WAN/LAN-Related Experience Desired
  • IT-Related Experience Desired
  • Ability to Work on On-Call Rotation
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Strong Problem Solving Skills

Required Experience: Computer networking: 1 year (Preferred)

Education: High School or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification: Driver’s License (Required), * Computer networking: 1 year (Preferred)
