In this role, you will design and implement ServiceNow solutions to support ITSM across Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence. You will work with business analysts and project managers to align technical options with business needs and architecture. You will apply best practices to develop configurations, integrations, and custom flows that scale in a large enterprise, delivering clear documentation and knowledge transfer. You will be a hands-on expert in the ServiceNow platform, driving impactful deployments and enabling data-driven reporting and governance.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Apply innovative technology to build and troubleshoot ServiceNow solutions* Collaborate with BAs and PMs to design technically sound options and assess impacts* Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences* Demonstrate deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, especially ITSM* Develop and customize applications and configurations using a smart-customization approach* Design and implement modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, Knowledge, CMDB, GRC* Manage and develop integrations with external tools using REST, SOAP, and similar protocols* Build custom flows with Flow Designer and Integration Hub, including custom flow actions* Adhere to ServiceNow and software development best practices* Provide BI support via Performance Analytics and the Reporting engine* Create comprehensive documentation and developer/user guides* Provide technical support and training to end-users and junior developers xcskxlj Responsabilidades* Several years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience* Strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS (SASS), AngularJS, Bootstrap, AJAX, SQL skills* 5+ years working with ServiceNow; CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM certifications (preferred)* Good understanding of project management processes and collaboration with PMs* Fast-paced technology environment experience* English communication and presentation skills* ITIL v3 Foundation certificate advantageousRequisitos principales*
