We are seeking a highly motivated M&A Integrations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive the successful integration of acquired companies - ensuring that strategic goals are realized, teams are aligned, and operations run smoothly post-acquisition. What You’ll Do Business Understanding and Strategic Analysis Conduct in-depth analysis of acquired companies to understand their business models, commercial performance, and growth drivers Define and monitor business plans for acquired entities, ensuring alignment with Fever’s strategic priorities Track post-acquisition performance, identifying opportunities for synergies, scalability, and innovation Support the definition and execution of expansion and growth plans across markets and business lines Lead Integration Planning and Execution Develop and execute comprehensive integration roadmaps across product, operations, commercial, marketing, and corporate functions Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions, process alignment, and cultural integration Identify key risks and dependencies, proactively solving challenges to maintain business continuity Continuously improve integration playbooks and processes, capturing best practices for future transactions Foster Stakeholder Alignment and Communication Serve as the bridge between acquired teams and internal departments, ensuring clear alignment on goals, timelines, and priorities Collaborate across internal teams within Fever to harmonize ways of working, systems, and processes Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations effectively to executive leadership and key stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or consulting experience a plus) 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or M&A integration Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and data-driven approach Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical teams Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable - thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments Passionate about driving real impact through collaboration, execution, and innovation
