Lead Systems Integration Engineer

Asi Equitazione Systems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Systems Integration Engineer to oversee the design, implementation, and integration of complex technical systems across our organization. The successful candidate will lead integration projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless interoperability between hardware, software, and operational systems.

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain system architecture documentation, interface specifications, and integration procedures.
• Conduct testing, validation, and performance assessments of integrated systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security requirements, and company policies.

Do you have experience in Project management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

• 5+ years of experience in systems integration, systems engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, networking, and data integration.
• Experience managing complex technical projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience with enterprise integration platforms and middleware solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and distributed systems.
• Professional certifications related to systems engineering, project management, or integration technologies.
• Experience leading engineering teams or technical workstreams.
