Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our employee’s use of the IT infrastructure (network, printers, scanners, laptops, smart phones, VOIP Phones) by configuring hardware for new hires and troubleshoot problems from employees. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Entra, Azure, Intune, Apples Business Manager, Android configuration, and iOS configuration. Excellent customer and communication skills, and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues effectively is essential., * Configure approximately 8 new laptops and smartphones along for new hires.

Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across the organization.
Analyze and resolve problems related to Windows operating systems, CATO SD WAN connection, printers, scanners, email (Outlook and Exchange Online), Microsoft Teams, and network access.
Assist users with troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Collaborate with team members to improve overall IT services and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in a technical support role or similar position.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and IT infrastructure management.
Familiarity with Intune, Exchange Online, Windows Auto-Pilot Pre-Provisioning, SD-WAN architecture, and TCP/IP networking.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus but not mandatory.
