Job description

  • Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS HCM HR & OTL modules.
  • Lead Oracle EBS R12 upgrade activities from requirements through production deployment.
  • Configure HCM modules and ensure seamless cross-module integration.
  • Prepare functional specifications, training materials, validation scripts, and UAT documentation.
  • Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, and production issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with business users, SMEs, and technical teams to deliver high-quality Oracle EBS solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Oracle EBS R12 HCM Techno-Functional experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Oracle HR
  • Oracle OTL (Oracle Time & Labor)
  • Experience supporting Oracle EBS R12.2.6 and 12.2.14 environments.
  • Minimum one end-to-end Oracle EBS 12.2.x Upgrade implementation.
  • Strong experience with:
  • Requirements Gathering
  • Solution Design
  • Configuration
  • Testing & UAT
  • Deployment
  • Cutover & Go-Live
  • Hypercare Support
  • Strong knowledge of System Integrations and Batch Scheduling.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP best practices and cross-module integrations.

Benefits & conditions

$55 - $60 an hour - Contract
