Oracle HCM Lead

This full-time role involves leading the design and delivery of human capital management solutions in a remote setting. The position requires expertise in managing core HR functions, including data integration and reporting, while collaborating with various stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a strong background in relevant technologies to effectively guide clients towards best practices.

Key Responsibilities Design and deliver core HR solutions, including data conversions and integrations. Identify risks and opportunities, ensuring alignment before issues impact delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop scalable, end-to-end solutions. Guide discussions across workstreams to drive integrated solutions. Maintain a professional and respectful work environment.

Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Certification in core HR and onboarding processes. Bachelor’’s degree in a related field. Strong verbal and analytical skills. Experience with large-scale implementations.
