Requirements

All European Careers is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator/Developer for a fully remote European project. The role requires 2+ years hands-on experience across ITSM, ITIL-influenced processes, and ServiceNow configuration and development.

You will work on incident, change, problem, request, CMDB and knowledge management modules, participate in deployments, UAT, and end-user training, and coordinate upgrades while maintaining documentation and SLA adherence.
