As Director of AI Platform, you will shape and scale Glovo’s unified ML and AI platform, driving the vision and strategy across global teams. You’ll enable teams to leverage AI effectively by establishing robust MLOps practices and an end-to-end platform, partnering with executives and stakeholders. You’ll lead a globally distributed engineering organization to improve velocity, reliability, and cost efficiency while fostering a culture of learning and technical rigor. Compensaciones / Beneficios * Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the unified ML and AI platform * Oversee end-to-end MLOps platform development, target architecture, tech stack, and operating model * Evangelize MLOps practices and monitor KPIs/SLOs for reliability, performance, and cost * Lead and mentor cross-functional, globally distributed teams; foster innovation and continuous learning * Partner with global stakeholders; manage buy-in and promote platform adoption and standards * Drive cost optimization and vendor/partner relationships as needed * Stay updated on MLOps and AI/ML trends (e.g., Generative AI) Responsabilidades * 10+ years in Data u0026 ML leadership within high-growth tech * Hands-on design/operation of MLOps platforms (CI/CD for ML, deployment pipelines, monitoring, feature stores, scalable serving) * End-to-end ML lifecycle proficiency; xqbhyrx familiarity with hyperscaler MLOps offerings * Strong DevOps understanding; experience with infrastructure-as-code, Docker, Kubernetes * 5+ years in leadership roles with globally distributed teams * Ability to align ML initiatives with business goals and manage senior stakeholders * Experience with driving organizational change and technology adoption * Knowledge of AI advances (LLMs, RAG) is a plus * Industry knowledge of ML challenges in global organizations Requisitos principales *
