Peloton is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist to support a high-priority global People Systems initiative. This role will be instrumental in the implementation and expansion of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, supporting the integration of a commercial business unit and enabling system readiness across multiple global locations. The selected candidate will partner closely with the People Systems team, PMO, Payroll, HR stakeholders, and business leaders to gather requirements, design solutions, and guide the overall implementation strategy. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert, providing leadership and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle rather than simply executing assigned tasks. This is a highly visible project with aggressive timelines and a targeted employee migration date of January 1, 2027. The ideal candidate will bring deep SuccessFactors expertise, strong consulting skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
