Job description

Working closely with the Global MarTech Manager, you’ll have real influence on how technology shapes our day-to-day work and our long-term roadmap., System Management - prioritize change requests, monitor performance, coordinate releases, manage third-party providers

  • Training & Onboarding - design and deliver training programs, close knowledge gaps, drive adoption
  • Reporting & Analytics - build dashboards, track KPIs, turn data into actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Continuous Improvement - gather user feedback, optimize workflows, support rollouts and change management

Requirements

  • Experience designing and delivering training for diverse audiences
  • Strong communication skills - fluent English, confident with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Structured, proactive working style; comfortable in global, cross-functional teams
  • Bonus: Asana, Storyteq, GRIP, or DAM platform experience
