Network Technician

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN gateways to ensure robust connectivity.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), wireless access points, and internet connectivity.
• Support system administration tasks such as managing Active Directory accounts, user permissions, and group policies to uphold security standards.
• Provide technical support for hardware maintenance, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and software troubleshooting to resolve user issues swiftly.
• Assist with the setup and ongoing management of IT infrastructure components using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy, or similar ticketing systems.
• Conduct regular security checks including firewall configurations and VPN access controls to safeguard organizational data.
• Collaborate with end-users via help desk platforms to deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication on technical solutions.
