Job description

  • Fachliche Beratung im SAP HCM mit Fokus auf Personalprozesse
  • Analyse, Optimierung und Implementierung kundenindividueller HR-Prozesse
  • Erstellung von Fachkonzepten, Durchführung von Workshops und enge Abstimmung mit den Stakeholdern
  • Unterstützung bei Customizing-Aufgaben im SAP HCM

Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als SAP HCM Berater/in in einem oder mehreren Modulen (z. B. PA, PY, PT, OM, ESS/MSS)
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von HR-Prozessen und deren Abbildung im SAP-System
  • Erfahrung im Customizing innerhalb von SAP HCM
  • Wünschenswert: Kenntnisse im Cloud-Umfeld (z. B. SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP)
