Job description

  • Erfassung, Klassifizierung und Routing von Tickets zu eingegangenen Störungsmeldungen via Telefon und Mail
  • Entstörung unter der Verwendung von Remoteunterstützung mit diversen Tools im Rahmen einer Erstlösung im Service Desk

Requirements

  • Du hast technische Erfahrung idealerweise im 1st Level Support
  • Du bringst Grundkenntnisse in aktuellen Windows Betriebssystemen und Office Produkten mit
  • Du hast erste Erfahrung im Bereich von Client Hardware gesammelt
  • Du bringst ausgeprägte IT-Affinität mit
  • Du hast Kenntnisse in der Betreuung von Endanwendern
  • Du sprichst sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
