  • Annahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation der StĂśrungen Ăźber ein Ticketsystem
  • Monitoring der Prozessabläufe im SAP
  • Annahme und ErstlĂśsung von Server StĂśrungen aus dem Produktionsbereich
  • Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft Samstag - Sonntag
  • Mitarbeit im 3-Schicht-Betrieb von Montag - Samstag
  • detaillierte Dokumentation der Arbeitsvorgänge
  • kontinuierliche Kontrolle und Aktualisierung der Dokumentation im Bereich 1.5 Level Support
  • fachliches Eskalationsmanagement, hierbei unterstĂźtzt durch zentrale Koordination

Requirements

  • Du hast detaillierte Kenntnisse in aktuellen Windows Betriebssystemen
  • Du hast Kenntnisse mit dem Umgang von Monitoring Systemen
  • Du hast Detailkenntnisse im Bereich von Client Hardware (Notebooks, Workstations und PCs)
  • Du bist erfahren in der Betreuung von Endanwendern
  • Du hast ein sicheres Auftreten gegenĂźber dem Auftraggeber bzw. Kunden
  • Du bist im Besitzt eines FĂźhrerscheines
