Job description

  • Du bist fĂźr den Onsite Support MS Windows Clients (Notebook, Desktop) zuständig
  • Du bist fĂźr die MS Office, kundenspezifische Software und Produktionsumgebung zuständig
  • Du bist fĂźr den IMAC-Request-Support - Service Koordination und Einsatzsteuerung zuständig
  • Du betreust im Netzwerk- und Serversupport sowie auch die VoIP-Anlagen
  • Du bist auch regelmäßig auf Rufbereitschaft an Wochenenden

Requirements

  • Du hast Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows 10 Clients und MS Office inklusive Exchange
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit der KonfigurationsunterstĂźtzung von Endanwendern im Onsite-Support
  • Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung im Netzwerkumfeld (CISCO, passive Netze)
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Ticketsystemen
  • Du hast Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Installationen Ăźber Images und Zusatzsoftware
  • Du bewahrst auch an Spitzenzeiten kĂźhlen Kopf
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch
  • Du hast einen FĂźhrerschein der Klasse B
