Job description

Du bist für Bearbeitung von IMAC, B/F Tickets und H&E Support zuständig
Du bist als Techniker am Standort allein für die Aufgaben verantwortlich, kannst aber auf Unterstützung aus anderer Lokation bauen
Du bist für den Support Onsite zuständig

Requirements

Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Netzwerkumfeld
Du hast Erfahrung im Onsite Support
Du hast Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit Ticketsystemen
Du hast Erfahrungen in WIN10, Office und Standardapplikationen
Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
