Job description

  • Lead the UX design process from research through validation as part of a cross-functional team to develop impactful data analytics solutions
  • Discover new opportunities to meet the needs of the users
  • Design digital products and services that provide consistent user experience and acompany implementation
  • Conduct user research activities, including qualitative expert interviews
  • Drive the growth and continuous improvement of the Customer Discovery Program

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in User interface- or User experience design or a comparable field and 2 years of experience in product development.
  • Experience in state of the art prototyping and UI/UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch
  • Passion for delivering the best possible experience for your users
  • Good communication skills, goal-oriented and independent way of working
  • Full working proficiency in English and German, other languages like French are a big plus
