Requirements

Experience with Educational Technology (LMS, CMS, assessment, courseware, analytics, etc.)

Ability to build web applications in Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
-
Ability to provide technical leadership to a team of UX Developers.

Ability to solve complex problems with technical solutions.
-
Ability to break down features into tasks and estimate implementation effort.
-
Ability to work closely with, and incorporate feedback from clients, designers and other engineers.
-
Ability to provide consulting for clients regarding technology and user experience.
-
Ability to design and implement responsive design and support a wide range of devices.
-
Ability to address questions and influence decisions on technical and experience topics in verbal and written communication.

Experience providing technical leadership to a development team.

Experience with Javascript frameworks like React, Angular,Vue, Lit Element, etc.

Experience with Javascript build tools like Vite, Angular CLI, Webpack, etc.
-
Experience with CSS frameworks like Sass, Tailwind, and CSS Modules.
-
Experience consuming APIs from a back end via REST or GraphQL.
-
Experience with version control systems like Git.
-
Experience with testing frameworks (unit testing and e2e).
-
Experience with user experience design and usability.
-
Experience with responsive design.

Experience with accessibility.
Education and Work Experience:
-
Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.

5+ years of experience developing modern web applications.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
-
Experience with CSS in JS like Styled Components and Emotion.
-
Experience with Web Components, and knowledgeable about their usage.
-
Experience with the agile methodology and associated ceremonies (epics and stories, scrum, sprint demo, retrospective, etc.).

Experience with Learning Experience Design.
