Requirements

Looking for a resource with 7+ years of experience in the following skillset.

Extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using CP4BA IBM Business Automation Workflow (previously IBM Business Process Manager).
IBM BAW/BPM Proficiency
Process Modeling
Proficiency in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0), including Business Process Diagrams (BPD), routing, loops, and gateways.
User Interface Development
Skills in building user interfaces using Coaches and Coach Views, and knowledge of related technologies like CSS and JavaScript.
Integration
Experience with integration services, including using web services (REST/SOAP APIs), XML, JSON, and AJAX to connect with external systems.
Data Management
Strong understanding of database concepts, data structures, and SQL syntax.
Cloud-Native & DevOps
Experience in deploying and managing applications in containerized environments, specifically Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
Experience with Case Management and Decision Services within IBM CP4BA BAW environments.
BAW performance tuning or troubleshooting
