Insight Global is supporting a construction technology client in recruiting an agentic Full Stack Developer who uses AI agents as force multipliers and not just autocomplete. In this role, the candidate can expect to

Requirements

2-3 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
Proficiency in Java 21+ (backend), Angular 21+ (frontend), and AWS
Agentic experience including hands-on coding with agents such Claude Code (preferred), OpenCode, Cursor, CoPilot, Cline
Judgement on when to trust agent output versus intervene
Ability to decompose complex work into agent-friendly tasks
Experience prompting LLMs for Code generation, debugging, refactoring
Strong preference for someone who has worked in a small-team, start-up environment without a lot of oversight * Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI)
RAG implementations
Full stack imaging development (image processing and parsing, streaming & APIs, and interactive visualization
